Returns Policy.
Should you need to return items purchased from BuyaDrugTest.com please notify our customer returns department at (323)863-2410 (Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST) and request a returns authorization number and return address. Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts. Returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date.
Acceptance of return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item’s manufacturer or supplier. If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier. When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or “shipping charges collect” will be refused.
Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment. All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, if accepted.
Cancellations.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Orders not dispatched can be cancelled and refunded. If an order is dispatched prior to cancellation then you will be charged for shipping only.
Shipping
Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for you to see a message that an item is available on the product detail page, but discover it is sold out by the time you place your order. When In-Stock Items are Shipped.
If an item is in stock, it will be processed same day wherever possible. When it ships to you depends on which shipping options you’ve chosen and how many items are on the order.
Shipping Restrictions.
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. In addition, items cannot be shipped to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address. You’ll be notified while placing your order if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected.
We currently do not ship to Alaska and Puerto Rico.
